Member of the ITCCA since 2002
Personal student of Martin Klett
First examination with Master Chu: 2005
After having practiced a number of very diverse sports, Bart found a new challenge in January 2006 in the slow and flowing movements of Tai Chi Chuan at the ITCCA school of Martin Klett in Amsterdam. It turned out to be the beginning of a special exploration of body and mind. To deepen his practice of Tai Chi Chuan, Bart started assisting Martin in 2008 and regularly leads the practice sessions. In 2012 Bart passed his first teacher examination with Master Chu. Since then he regularly teaches at the Tai Chi Chuan school in Amsterdam and at other ITCCA schools in the Netherlands. As of February 2018 Bart teaches at the Tai Chi Chuan ITCCA Haarlem school. In addition to the classes with Martin, Bart also attends many workshops and summer courses with Andreas Heyden and Master Chu.
