I am married and the father of a daughter.
For more than 20 years I have been managing medium-sized and large IT projects and supporting organisational development measures, which are often linked to the introduction of IT procedures. Leadership development and teaching activities in the areas of project management, communication as well as time and self-management are among my further areas of experience and activity.
In 1993 I began practising Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong within the International Tai Chi Chuan Association (ITCCA). The depth and complexity of these movement arts and their positive effects on my health fascinated me so much that I decided to train as an instructor of the ITCCA.
In 2001 I took the instructor examination with Grand Master Chu, King Hung (Shanghai / Sardinia; representative of the ITCCA in Europe). Since then I have been working as an instructor of the ITCCA.
Through private lessons and intensive seminars with A. Heyden (Cologne) and Grand Master Chu, K. H. (Shanghai / Sardinia) I continuously deepen my understanding of Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Gong and meditation.
