At the end of 1990 I began working in my own school. Since then I have been continuously teaching relatively small groups. The practice room is about 40 sqm in size, has a parquet floor and a large window front. Tea and water are available for welcome and constant use. My course participants change in the large anteroom. This is also the area where participants from the different courses meet. With me you can learn not only the Tai-Chi form but also the subsequent advanced levels including the partner exercises such as Fighting form, pushing hands etc. and weapon forms such as sword and saber with their advanced levels. Qigong exercises are part of every teaching unit.

I began participating in Tai Chi Chuan courses within the ITCCA with Ila Braun in Hamburg and then continued with Frieder Anders in Frankfurt. After intensive training and targeted preparation, I took my instructor examination with Master Chu King Hung in London at the end of 1990. Later I took part in courses and other advanced training sessions in Frankfurt and travel to Master Chu for private lessons for the examinations.

In 2005 I switched to Master's disciple Andreas Heyden in Cologne and now attend my advanced training sessions there. Andreas Heyden also prepares me for the in-depth examinations that I take annually with Master Chu King Hung.
