The Lyon school was founded in 1979 by Jean Pierre Cayrol in order to spread the Yang style in the simplified version of Master Cheng Man Ch'ing.
The decisive meeting in 1983 with Master Chu King Hung steered the school towards a more traditional practice, in the direct line of the teachings of Master Yang Sau Chung.
For 30 years the school has been dedicated to spreading the Original Yang style as it has been transmitted for 5 generations.
We organize classes, weekends and workshops, from beginner level to the most advanced levels and provide teacher training.
The practice is complemented by theoretical classes in Chinese energetics related to the levels covered.
The teachers who work within the school are all certified by the International Tai Chi Chuan Association and have extensive teaching experience. In addition to this, they have skills in acupuncture, osteopathy, Chinese therapeutic massages, etc…
